Please note that we do not offer refunds.

You can only return and exchange products within 48 hours.

You can return and exchange products with us; this option is valid only in the UAE.

All products must be returned to us unused, with all tags, in their original packaging, and with your order number, within 48 hours of receiving your order for delivery within the UAE.

We do not have a return policy outside the UAE.

We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Please note that perfumes are non-returnable. Damaged or soiled items may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

You can only exchange the product if you need a different size or color.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the return, you will receive a text message confirming your approval of the exchange or allowing you to use the money for another purchase.
